Michael Bogale, 21, the director of the film states that the film tries to cover all aspects of the human condition in regards to fear, love and other emotions without sensationalizing the plot. The plot revolves around a character called Betty who falls in love with the character of Yonas whose relationship mushrooms initially but things hit a snag when Yonas starts to fell doubts in regards to his relationship with Betty. Michael the director states that the movie has a few surprises and twists awaiting the viewer and promises that viewers will be at the edge of their seats trying to decipher the numerous twists and turns of the film.
“All the things you predict in the movie turns upside down, new things happen so it is unpredictable it catches your mind asking what is going to happen next?” , explains Michael.

“Even if it is my first featured film, I have background on doing music clips for different artists like the cd that was produced and released by Nahom records in which so many artists participated like jossi [in the house], Ahmed [dimbi], Getu [omahire] and for Sydney Solmon [shashemene on my mind] and documentary films for ETV so it was not that difficult to do this movie”, states Michael on how he came to direct the movie.
“What makes this film different from other films is, its editing quality. Instead of using camera filters we used filters in post production and the technique of the story how it is presented is different starts in the middle and you see different version of the story in the flash back”.

This film cost 400,000 birr and is produced by Roger Apple B., an American investor who invests in flower production and hotels.
“What was difficult in making this film was that, people don’t take me seriously because of my age, so when we go to places to ask them to shoot my movie, they were not that willing. And the clips that I did were not promoted and sold in this country, so it was a problem even if I try to tell them I did this, I did that. people are not aware of my work”, says Michael. This film is scheduled to be screened within three weeks at Alem cinema. •
